I recently enjoyed a good two-day stay at Joondalup Resort, primarily for golfing with family. The stunning Dune and Quarry courses exceeded our expectations with their immaculate fairways and challenging layouts. Our spacious room was clean and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The surrounding wildlife added to the charm, while the friendly staff made our experience even better. Breakfast delivery was a bit quirky but turned out to be delicious, with fresh, flavorful options enjoyed in a serene setting.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Well priced and exceptionally comfortable hotel with respectful staff at the reception desk, everything was really good. We stayed in the queen room, it was perfect and the bed was comfortable.
Nothing, all was good.

Nice food, overall quiet and stunningly beautiful place.
Spotless, well priced room provided with the bathroom, new matress, for example. Marvellous stunning location, in bistro 38. And close to shops, freeway access and short drive to ocean, well structured garden set up, and entertainment centre in the other direction.

the environment was beautiful, and the resort's lush greenery gave us a feeling of being somewhere tropical. despite the cloudy weather on the day we visited, we enjoyed the high tea experience at bistro 38, which was delicious and generously portioned, offering great value for the price.
No complaints 😊.

Room service menu is very limited. I have stayed at the resort for 3 nights at a time for 2 months running and as I am traveling alone do not wish to eat in the resturant however there is very little choice on the room service menu.

NOTHING
Staff that didn't speak english very well, unfriendly, not willing to help. Crappy mobile phone service in room, bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. Ordered room service and got basically a raw steak sandwich. Only stayed here as it was close to the hospital I was going to and everything else close was booked out.

Our family stay at Joondalup Resort was a good escape, enhanced by the beautiful tropical surroundings and surprisingly close proximity to stunning Mullaloo Beach. The pool area was a hit, perfect for relaxation, though the room cleanliness fell short, with some maintenance issues. the the nearby landmarks offered great family bonding experiences, making our trip nice despite a few hiccups.

Disappointed with the initial contact after booking on line and then when I briefly rang the resort to ask what time the checkout would be, I found the person I spoke to very short and abrupt and I got off the phone feeling like I had been an annoyance to them. Otherwise everyone else was great when I got there.Thanks.

The room was spacious with a nice balcony, and breakfast was a highlight. Just watch out for the noise from neighboring areas-if you appreciate nature, it's worth it!

Good location, great wedding
Rooms are old, our room (206) had a bad odour on arrival, needs a serious revamp in the showers and the carpet

The pool area and the grounds are lovely
The buffet breakfast area isn't very well thought out. Too many people in that area would create major congestion and the wait staff and kitchen staff walking through with hot food amongst the traffic could be disasterous! I would prefer to have the option of room service for all meals, should you not wish to eat amongst the masses. If you would like to cater more for the honeymooners or romantic getaway clientel then having this option would be alot more appealing and depicts the definition of a Resort. No dvd in the rooms and no option to hire one either.

The moment I arrived, I was captivated by the sanctuary of serenity and calm that enveloped the entire hotel. The gardens are stunning and provide the perfect backdrop for relaxation. I also took advantage of the Endota Spa, where a team of dedicated therapists took care of my well-being needs and helped me unwind after a busy day. The food was really good, especially the burger I had at the Alcove—quite possibly the best I've ever tasted!
I wouldn't have stayed here if I knew that I couldn't get at least 3 rounds of golf.

Great location, friendly staff, gorgeous rooms.
The room was extremely dusty and the glass shower door was very dirty! The doors on the bathroom did not allow much privacy, which is ok if you are staying with family, but not so good if staying with others! Also the lift wasn't working, and when we reported it we were told it was caused by some sort of power fault the "previous" day, but there was no sign put on the lift!! Very annoying! Also our phone wasn't working, but hotel staff had it sorted by the time we returned that evening :)
